Transition time between lives

Q. When the soul leaves the body, how long it will take to enter another body?

I notice you are a Brahma Kumaris and I'm sure there are BK teachings related to this topic. Also the teachings of many of the great rishis will address this matter in different ways that may interest or help you. Also, in western literature, you may find the books of Dr Michael Newton interesting.

It seems to me quite likely that the time taken for re-incarnation will depend on the spiritual development of individuals, their level of awareness, their karmic propensities and the strength of any 'desires' pulling them back to this kind of life. Probably for each of us the time taken will be different. And perhaps many of us will be hoping that our sadhana will (eventually) lead us to freedom from the compulsion of rebirth and attachment to yet another body!
